The Leadership Program is designed to strengthen and expand leadership capacity within higher education. Under the guidance of the Leadership Development Chair, this initiative provides opportunities for growth, connection, and professional development. The program is offered in partnership and is sponsored by the Truist Center of Ethical Leadership, at the University of North Georgia.

At the heart of this effort is the Fellows Program, the signature program of Leadership Development. Highly selective and cohort-based, the Fellows Program offers participants a nine-month, in-depth experience that blends executive coaching, one-on-one mentorship, and collaborative learning. Fellows gain the tools, confidence, and network to lead with vision and impact.

Applications, eligibility requirements, benefits, and program outcomes will be provided to support prospective applicants in understanding the value and opportunities the program delivers.
