2. Membership and Participation
- GAWHE membership is open to individuals who support our mission of identifying, developing, encouraging, advancing, linking, and supporting women in higher education careers in Georgia.

3. Sponsorship and Event Terms
- Sponsors agree to abide by the deadlines, submission requirements, and content standards outlined in the official Sponsorship Prospectus for each conference year.
- Payment for sponsorship packages must be received by the stated due date to guarantee inclusion in event materials or recognition listings.
- GAWHE reserves the right to modify sponsorship benefits or event details as necessary due to logistical, institutional, or public health reasons.
- Sponsors and presenters are responsible for ensuring that all submitted content (logos, advertisements, biographies, or presentations) is original and free of copyright infringement.
4. Use of Website and Materials
- All materials, including text, images, and downloadable content on gawhe.org, are the intellectual property of GAWHE unless otherwise noted.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish materials without written consent from GAWHE.
- Content contributed by members or speakers reflects their individual views and not necessarily those of GAWHE.
5. Limitation of Liability
GAWHE is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its website, events, or digital platforms. GAWHE does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services and is not responsible for technical issues, outages, or data loss.
